Education: B.S. Natural Resource Management, Forestry, Washington State University, 2001

Background: John grew up in Western Washington, while spending time outdoors attaining the Eagle Scout award and working at his uncle's ranch. During college he held a summer position with the Forest Service fighting forest fires and setting up timber sales. Following graduation, John started working with IFM. He has been involved with many projects for the company including forest management plans, timber sale preparation, forest inventory, timber cruising, reforestation surveys and wildfire suppression.

• WSU Forestry Club, Vice President (2000-2001)
