Inland Northwest Log Prices

Log prices have been generally steady over the last two months, with the exception of Douglas-fir/western larch prices which have increased at plywood (peeler) facilities. Looking down the road there is concern that log prices will weaken because lumber values have fallen dramatically during the last few months.
