Steve Bloedel Honored

IFM forester, Steve Bloedel, was recently selected to receive the District 1 Presidential Field Forester Award from the Society of American Foresters. This distinction is given to one forester each year from North Idaho, Washington and Alaska.

This honor recognizes foresters who have used uncommon talent, skill and innovative methods to achieve a record of excellence in the application of forest management. In October Steve will be presented the award during the Society of American Foresters National Convention in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
